Whew! I'm tired. I believe my energy runs out about noon. I've eaten an AMAZING biscuit cup and munch a few things just to make sure they were good of course!
The turkey is done and in big chunks. Now I need to cut it smaller. The biscuit cups are really good.
The ham just got done (well overdone actually - oops) and the turkey soup is on the stove.
2) Make a plan. Figure out what nights you'll be home to cook and what nights you need an easy meal.
3)Check your Pantry, Fridge, Freezer. Base your meals on what you already have on hand.

5) Make your menu plan - there are SOOOO many resources out there if you need help. Many websites will make a plan for you and they include the grocery list as well! Check out Saving Dinner!
6) Make your grocery list.
7) Decide how many times you are going to the store and stick to that plan. You may have to get creative.

9) Bring cash and CASH ONLY!
10) Decide to follow a plan and make small changes. You cannot view this as punishment or deprivation. Only you can make a difference in your life. DECIDE to make the changes needed!
